Traditional therapy methods do not adequately accommodate the lifestyle of the digital era. In today's fast-paced world, individuals seek immediate and accessible solutions to their challenges, desiring concise responses to their pains. Traditional therapy, with its lengthy and demanding nature, may not align with the busy schedules of the average person, which often involve responsibilities such as parenting, caregiving, battling illness, caring for children with special needs, coping with divorce, and managing mental health concerns.

Our approach involves short-term and targeted peer group support sessions led by a professional facilitator. We offer microtherapy solutions that prioritize anonymity and are not limited by geographic boundaries. Our small groups, consisting of seven members each, maintain high engagement levels through weekly hour-long online meetings.

We collaborate with prominent support organizations to train and support their group facilitators in offering remote assistance to their clients, patients, caregivers, divorcees, parents, youth, and others.

Our mission is to develop an app that connects individuals seeking peer or professional support through support groups. We envision a world where no one has to face personal distress alone ever again.
